She will not lie to you or sugar coat what you have going on and what you need to do to help fix the problems."

"Very courteous staff. Dr spent about 45 minutes talking to me about any and all concerns. She was excellent at explaining things in detail. Can’t say enough good things about this practice. It is a small practice, not like the other practices I am used to going to that have insurance and hospital owned doctors. Dr East is very knowledgeable. The whole place was a breath of fresh air! Don’t let the name clinic fool you. This is definitely not a “doc in the box” type of place. this is a real doctors office and yes you do have to wait for a new patient appointment just like elsewhere."

"Horrible customer service. The true reason why healthcare costs are high and unreasonable. I have recently moved to the area and called because I was treated at the Minute Clinic and now my sinus infection has returned. I thought seeing an actual doctor would be best, I called was told the waiting period is 6 months. I explained my situation again and was told and I quote "that's what urgent care and emergency rooms are for" . How rude. I will never reach out to become a patient as long as I live in the area. Period."

"Just had a doctor appointment yesterday and they said nothing about dismissing my family as patients. Just got a letter dated June 4th dismissing us. Kat is great though. She is really sweet. Dr. East lacks proper intact (uncircumcised) care. Due to this I had to establish a diaper on policy. I was worried she would forcibly retract my son. This made her uncomfortable and that is her reason for dismissing us. She also claimed that my son's tongue tie was improving which was a lie. Tongue ties do not improve on their own. She needs to update her knowledge."
