"I had a very good experience at The Family Medicine Clinic. As a new patient, I completed my registration paperwork online prior to visiting. This, in addition to the receptionist's helpfulness, made check-in a breeze. The nurse who took my BP and O2 was also kind and personable. Ms. Bryeanne Plufgrad, the nurse practitioner who spoke with me, was a remarkably good listener with excellent bedside manner. Whenever I spoke about a health concern, she gave me her undivided attention and asked me follow-up questions as she sought to determine the source of the ailment. She did this not in a way that was hurried or superficial but serious, patient, and composed. I left the clinic feeling like a human being rather than a number. I can't speak to the clinic's past performance as I am a new resident to Cartersville, but I was very pleased with my experience."

Not A Big One For Talking But She Has The Biggest Caring Heart And Knows How To Do Her Job Well. She Is Very Prompt To Return My Calls And Send In Prescriptions if I Don’t Have To Come In. They Have A Really Easy Going Lab Lady. She Didn’t hurt and no purple bruising. I know sometimes that can happen. The Staff Have Been Very Helpful And Nice at Check In And Check Out."

The nurses and staff are always friendly and kind and have always been so helpful. After being sent to other doctors because of changing insurance, I feel relieved to be back in the Family Medicine Clinics care again. When making an appointment, you are always seen in a timely manner. There is no 2 hour wait in the parking lot or lobby. I know I receive the best care possible each and every time I visit.
