"I just wanted to say thank you. I had taken my son in because he was sick with a fever. He is autistic and really struggles with the swabs for strep and the flu. I tried to prepare him ahead of time but it’s still always traumatic for both of us. From the nurse to the nurse practitioner everyone was so nice and never forced anything on him. They gave him time and even let him do one of the swabs by his self. We’ve been to lots of doctors and not one has been as caring as they were. From one tired, overwhelmed, anxious special needs mom, I appreciate you so much."

"The staff were friendly and attentive. While in lobby front desk clerk went out of her way to appease another patient that was a bit difficult. I heard front desk lady state she doesn't normally work the desk but she'd do what she could to figure out how to help them. I liked that I could make an appointment online and the system sent text messages to alert me of time to be there."

"Walk in, walk out, feel better! Thats extreme false advertisement!! Express should not even be a part of their name! We just needed a quick check for my son to make sure he dosen't have an infection. There were only 1 person in the lobby but I were told by a very rude lady at the front desk it would be a 2 to 3 hour long wait. I responded that I just moved here and am not familiar with the area and if there are other walk in clinics? She started naming off places I should go instead of their own establishment. I reminded her I'm not from this area so I'm not familiar with street names or clinic names, she just smacked her lips at me. To which I just responded thanks for your time I'll just use Google as it's far more informative than she is. I will definitely never return to this place and if you're in need of express care, look elsewhere!! Express is completely opposite of what my children and I experienced! And we definitely walked in and walked right back out and feel lied too NOT better!"
