"I called on a Friday afternoon about 4 wks ago and was told their X-ray tech would wait for us before leaving to go home. (This was after I called 3 urgent cares which didn’t have an X-ray tech on a Friday). I got there asap with my daughter on crutches and my son in my arms with what I thought was a broken arm. They took us back quickly and the PA was very gentle on exam, and they got good X-rays. The tech even double checked the disk as my son broke both bones in his arm. We waited a bit and the doc came in and splinted my son’s arm himself to make sure that it was done right and he would be comfortable. We received excellent and compassionate care."

"Great care from checkin to check out!! Jeffrey was amazing and even called to follow up. The medical assistant was amazing also. She took great care with all that I had done. I wish I could remember her name!! I will 100% go there again should I need anything!!"

"I never want to have to come here because it’s either for a work physical or because I’m too sick to make it to work, but if you’re ever in those conditions, it’s a pretty good place to go for care. The staff in my experience has been friendly and competent in their work, even made me chuckle at their dad-like humor when I was feeling like I’d gotten run over by a truck. One of the providers had a shadow even, and I appreciated hearing her explain her process to shadow as she was giving me an injection, showed that she knew what she was doing and knew how to explain in a way that was clinical, precise, and took patient perspective into account. 10/10 would go again even when no one wants to go to convenient care in the first place if it could be avoided."

"Just for good measure, I had to leave another 1 star review. It took alot for me to miss an important class and come here. After getting roughly 2 hrs of sleep, and driving my Rig 10 hrs, and have to be to class at UTC for 5pm, I thought I chose a reputable medical facility. Smh. I ended up missing class, got no relief that night and had a protein shake for dinner. The antibiotics did kick in, I'm about 70% less discomfort today. But these incrediblly painful nights are rough! With ALL the facilities you can choose, DO NOT CHOOSE this one. A huge waste of precious time, energy and money .. I've never experienced something like this before. When I called back to ask wht my Rx wasn't sent in, it was like talking to a completely different person! That Michelle was super rude and disrespectful.i honestly was calm, I couldn't believe it. Just go somewhere else, you'll be happy you did. Avoid this practice. Don't see a NP named Michelle Hamilton there, the office manager Stacey Davis who had no medical qualifications makes the decisions for your Healthcare, so I wastold. There is a bias, if you have tattoos or dark skin they thin your some kind of druggie. Disappointing and disgusted. I am a proffesional truck driver going to school for Brokerage. I am NOT A DRUGGIE PILL POPPER, just a man in intense dental pain. I was prescribed a few Lortab for the night, to sleep and eat just a few, i dont need more than 2 children Tylenol #3's. haven't slept more than 2 hrs or Aten anything all day. Yes, im that truck driver on the highway with no sleep or food in pain driving down the highway thanks to the Michelle the NP there. I don't like how i was treated or feel now after the fact. The pharmacy said they didn't send it over. I called and was treated with disrespet by Michelle thr NP they were nice when I was there. Idk what happened since I left. But apparently the office manager said no to filling my Rx after I left.. The NP Michelle has split personality disorder, real strange stuff, be careful with these unprofessional biased bigots. Then my wife called, and the lies started flowing. The np never came in, the office manager Stacey wasn't there, ALL DAY, ect. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. They said I should have went to the ER I drive Truck 10 hrs a day and go to night classes at utc. Disgusted and still in pain. Again, idc about not getting or getting Rx I was told I'd receive, I'm upset how I was treated after the fact. Such disrespect and rudeness. The lies especially were uncalled for. Stacey wasn't even there?! Or maybe she was, staff say different stories.. just avoid, keep your dignity and go somewhere else. Big regret going here, now we fight the bill and tell everyone my unfortunate story. My wife spoke to her associates who will be putting a "light" on this practice and letting others know what to expect when going there."
