"Filled ALL paperwork online and was turned away due to having the only BCBS insurance they do not accept. Receptionist was not friendly and appeared to not care about my dilemma with a fractured foot. Medical personnel has really gotten bad. Went to Resurgens in Douglasville and they were wonderful.So happy my insurance was denied."
