"Dr. Sumner is great! Very thorough and attentive to my health concerns. Wait time can be a bit lengthy, mostly bc he spends time with each patient. However, it has been nearly impossible to schedule an appointment recently. You call and hold listening to the HC loop on repeat. I waited for 40 mins 31 secs for someone to pick up and eventually gave up and hung up. That is not ok."
