"Devin Langley no longer works here and its not the same . Devin if you see this you were the best. They lied to me on phone yesterday I called to confirm my apt 2 times I said I thought apt was at 230 they said no 330 then I get there they said I was late it was at230. They are lazy they should call and confirm apt . Hope they go out of business for way they treat people I've never been late for apt. It was bizarre never a issue til new dr started I want ever be back that's a fact. Already called found a new dr . I don't think they want to keep any patients"
"If I could give zero stars, I would! My father had a doctor appointment and the doctor refused to see him, saying that he didn’t have an appointment. He was in extreme pain and my mom expressed to the staff how much pain he was experiencing. The staff told my parents to wait and they will talk to the doctor. An hour passes by, my father is still in excruciating pain (more so at this point) and his blood pressure is rising 189/109. My mom started asking the staff for immediate attention as my dad started having more pain. My mom was begging and pleading for assistance. The staff told my parents to go to the emergency room and had the audacity to tell my father not to be so belligerent. Come to find out, my father has a tumor and may have prostate cancer. PSA levels at 45. This staff should be reprimanded. I’m sure if everyone were replaced, it would actually be a better facility. I’m in awe for words. Medical gaslighting is psychological manipulation and emotional abuse. Shame on your staff and your facility!"
"I don't know why I am ever worried about being late to my apps. They are NEVER on time, I have been waiting for 35 minutes just to get a blood draw to renew my Prescriptions, who knows how much longer it's going to be. Think I'll find new Dr.s."
