"Do not go here. Dr. Randolph is the only competent doctor there. The staff is awful. The service is awful. The prices are awful. Megan (the front desk lady) for Dr. Sims literally tried to gaslight me into saying I was using this app I'd never heard of when I didn't. I paid $50 that I desperately need to wait an HOUR for Dr. Sims who didn't show up. Of course, there is no apology. Instantly it's my fault. "Well you didn't do this" "we don't use that" "maybe you should check with your phone provider because there's obviously something wrong with your phone. we called you multiple times. You should call within the first few minutes instead of 4 days later" Excuse me? I JUST said I never received any calls. And the app thing, "you literally messaged us through the well app" and then she proceeds to read what I wrote. I wrote that through MyChart. The system they INSISTED I use despite how terrible of an app it is. Then when I DO get calls, it's from a number I can't call back because of "no user id" or something. So, if you wanna pay money to have a doctor that's always late and doesn't listen to you, go here. If you want mediocre care and mean staff, go here. If you want your medicines changed constantly, go here. The Behavioral Health Center has rude staff, but at least the psychiatrists are talented. Remember, YOU are the best advocate for yourself. YOU are the client. YOU have the say."
