"Worst experience ever I was sick and checked in online before arriving because I didn’t have anyone to watch my two babies. I came in and told the lady at the front desk at the Carrollton office that I went ahead and checked in online because of course I had a newborn in my hand and a toddler with my other one and she told me that they don’t even use the online check-in. She doesn’t know why it’s there, so I proceeded to fill out the top of the form and wrote on the bottom blanks for my address and phone number and sat down. She called me back up to the desk to tell me that she needed me to fill the whole form out, and I asked her even if the information was still The same because clearly, I was struggling to hold both of my kids and fill out the form instead of her, offering to just fill out the form Or just tell me not to worry about it since the information was still the same. She then begins to get an attitude With me about the form and proceeds to tell me that my insurance is showing up that I still have pregnancy Medicaid instead of regular Medicaid, and I told her I was literally here a couple of weeks ago, and signed in with no problem With a visit so I wasn’t understanding what the difference was today and she told me that she didn’t know that I needed to fill out the papers for some kind of program to pay for today’s visit and I told her that she didn’t have to be so rude about everything she she could literally see that I was struggling trying to find out Why they’re checking, online doesn’t work, and why I had to struggle to fill out paperwork to begin with, and she started yelling as I Because I told her that I wasn’t gonna be able to do all that today, and I would just cancel my appointment It wasn’t her place to help me fill out the forms and it’s not her fault that I didn’t have anybody to help me with my kids I filled out the form that was my issue, and that was not her job requirement. I am at complete. I’ve never seen an office treat a young mother like that. Nobody asked her to help me with my kids and nobody asked her to fill out the form for me. I just didn’t understand why they have an online form to fill out to check in if they’re not gonna use it. I’m not the first person that she’s been rude to. I had a relative come in. And she was the same exact way with my relative very rude and unprofessional. Don’t think their office clerk needs to have this kind of job."
"Your town health is the worst place. I have ever had the displeasure of going to for any medical need ever. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life."
"Very unprofessional. Have messed my mothers prescriptions up several times to where she’s had to go through withdrawals on her meds til they decide to get the prescriptions right. She also has vented to me several times about how rude the receptionist are when she goes in and how long it takes for someone to answer the phone whenever she calls. Very disappointed and would not refer anyone to this place."
"Posting off my boyfriends google account. I loved the staff they were all super friendly and went above and beyond to make my appointment go smoothly"
"This clinic needs to hire people who know how to communicate with patients instead of waiting 2 weeks to let someone know that they have changed their policies. Not everyone has time to waste on making a doctors appointment only to be told they can't see you because now they do things differently."
