"Spent several months on a new patient waitlist. I finally called when it was way past the date they said I’d be seen and got informed that they wouldn’t see me because of a medication I’m taking. They couldn’t even give me a good reason why they wouldn’t take me when I’m on a medication prescribed to me by a specialized doctor. No one bothered to call and tell me so now I’m stuck having to wait 2+ months again to get in somewhere else. These people exemplify disorganization, ignorance, and lack of empathy. Ridiculous."

"My wife and I have been patients here for close to 20 years, we have the utmost respect for Dr. Boerma, that’s why we drive almost 30 minutes to use this office, however…. They recently “merged” with Summit Medical Group and mine and my wife’s last 2 office visits, the price has more than doubled. We really trust Dr.Boerma, but with the prices going up this much, we are going to have to find someone closer to us and with “better “ pricing."

"Spoke to an "Audrey(sp?)" this morning to schedule an appointment. Was told you have to be "prescreened" before being accepted as a patient ... discrimination much??? This is absolutely absurd. I asked what she meant by "we need to prescreen you and we'll decide if we accept you." Then she quickly cut me off and said I had to talk to "office manager"... she hung up on me. "Office Manager" is supposedly someone named "Linda". Fairly certain "pre-screening is not only discrimination but also illegal with new medical laws. Calling Congressman's Office to verify and file complaint."
