"I wish I could get my grandmother to go to literally any other practice. We've been sitting in the exam room for over an hour, after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. He's on a telemedicine visit they said, that was scheduled for an hour and a half AFTER our appointment. It's a half a day ordeal every single time we have to come here, and it's a 100% rate of extremely elderly people having to wait hours. It's just ridiculous."
