"These people are awful, they called in wrong mg to pharmacists think god he caught it. Most people in Tallapoosa know very well and know I have never complained on one single business on Google or Facebook. These idiots took two weeks off work at a doctors office during the largest flu pandemic we’ve ever seen. On top of that they have a young lady answering the phone who told me I would have to go without my medication until jan2 and I have an extreme thyroid disorder. I’ve went five days without my medication and I have the flu. Please please do not use these people there more worried about their vacation then actually treating people. Also you will notice the real doctor you can never get an app for unless you wait her several weeks. There will be plenty more of one stars coming behind this one I can assure you. I gave them a second chance after calling in my medication completely wrong. Bad mistake!!!"

"It's a hometown atmosphere, like Mayberry without Barney, and the PA's are knowledgeable, kind and I like the personalisation I feel. Sometimes I do feel that I could use a little more attention or concern on a specific thing, but I think some of that is bcuz I'm aging. I go there for the hometown feel and the humbleness amongst all the employees there. They are all younger, but they treat me as equal and I appreciate them all very much!"
