CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Cleveland

"Hard to get ahold of anyone and my doctor disregards my concerns. Said I was dehydrated. I got an appointment at Vanderbilt because my labs said otherwise and found out I have kidney disease, autonomic neuropathy, autonomic dysfunction, and orthostatic hypotension after one visit. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the nurse listens and is amazing at her job. Edit: After calling the number, they took my information and had Linda call me. She was also dismissive of my concerns. Kept saying, "that isn't in your doctor's notes". She also informed me that Dr. Whitney is dropping me as a patient because I am "not confident in what he says and does" so I need to find a new primary care physician. For this, I changed my initial 3 stars to 1. Do better Linda and Dr. Whitney."

"The facility and staff are great, Lynn has been wonderful in listening to a patient and addressing patient needs. Mountain management that oversees billing and scheduling for this facility sucks. In 5 yrs I’ve had 4 missed or rescheduled appointments and I was threatened that if I have to reschedule or miss one more appointment, I’d be dismissed as a patient."

"My review is against the billing department. I love Dr. Fisher and her nurse practitioner, but whoever is responsible for coding and billing lost my business. For one visit, I am billed no less than 3 times. I pay at the desk, then I receive two more bills in the mail."

"Good experience during office visit for wellness exam. Very short wait time and thorough exam. Dr. Fisher cares about patients and takes time to listen / discuss health issues. No problems getting afternoon appoint for follow up after lab results."

"Dr. Susan Fisher dropped my husband by certified letter after his last visit due to his diabetes & unusual heath issues. She did not explain she was going to do so in person. Be aware she is OK for typical aches & pains but not for diabetic patients or issues outside the "norm". She seemed very nice otherwise but did often complain about her schedule. She does not work on Friday's or weekends and usually cannot see you the same day if you are ill, be prepared for a 1-3 business day wait."
