"Terrible terrible place. Run away! My husband booked an appointment and was hoping to see a doctor but a PA saw him instead. She address no concerns and answered no questions my husband had. The doctor came in virtually for like a second and provided no input. Moreover beware of unscrupulous charges they will send bill for. The nurse performing the nasal endoscopy didn’t tell my husband it was a separate procedure. We would have asked our insurance otherwise for coverage details. They send us a huge bill later. Extremely incompetent, dishonest and useless folks run this practice. The medical staff is inconsiderate and lacks empathy. These people shouldn’t even be a vet!"

My wife and I traveled all the way from Knoxville for a scheduled fine needle thyroid biopsy, only to be informed upon arrival that they don't even offer such procedures. It's beyond comprehension how a medical office can misinform patients about the services they provide, resulting in a wasted seven-hour round trip. To make matters worse, they proceeded to perform unnecessary procedures on my wife. We were under the impression that we would only be charged $170 for an office visit, but to our shock, we received a bill for an additional $280 when we returned home the following week. This unexpected and exorbitant charge left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of. While I believe the doctor may have good intentions, it is abundantly clear that they are detached from the needs and wants of their patients. The lack of awareness and perception regarding consumer expectations is truly disheartening. As a medical professional, one should prioritize transparency, honesty, and the well-being of patients, which was sorely lacking in our experience. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to steer clear."
