"If i could give no stars i would. I had an appointment at 8 in the morning. Got there and felt like....you know like in a movie when they walk in a bar and the music stops and that uncomfortable feeling like your not wanted in there? Well that was my greeting. No hello or goodmorning just stares from the 3 ladies behind the desk. The receptionist was helping this other patient and i waited and felt the stares. I get to the desk and get "name" i give her my name and tell her i don't have my new insurance card, the other 2 ladies rolled their eyes and the receptionist was about to look up my insurance information but stopped and asked the other lady could she do it. The lady never even turned around and said "No our computers are down; mind you the receptionist just checked the lady in before me and took a co-pay payment ON THE COMPUTER. But she then told me i can't be seen without my card (mind you i got up at 6:30am to be at this appointment by 8am). The receptionist then started to type on the computer to reschedule me another appointment but i guess she remembered the lie they just told and then told me she would have to call me when the computers are back up to set another appointment. Smh! I saw all the bad reviews about this place. About them overcharging co-pays and being rude and racist but i wanted to give it a fair chance. Do not waste your time going here if your skin color is darker than white. I can't judge the doctors because i was never seen and i was getting checked for T.E.D(Thyroid Eye Disease) now i have to wait until my pcp finds me another place to go because the staff is HORRIBLE!!! WORST EVER!!!"
