"I visited Dr. Mark Hazel with the NGPG Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine practice to follow-up on a visit to the NGPG Urgent Care after suffering a wrist injury. The offices are located with easy access on GA 400 in Dawsonville with plenty of free parking. I completed the eCheck-in process through their MyChart app which also allowed me to complete the questionnaire before my visit. Upon arriving at the front registration desk, I only needed to complete a medical release form for records. I was called back to an exam room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time by a nurse who took my basic information. Dr. Hazel came in at my scheduled time. It was apparent he had reviewed my records and x-ray images. He performed an exam of my injured wrist, and we discussed treatment options. Dr. Hazel was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate in his care. He was very aware of all of my other medical conditions and any complications in treating my injury. I highly recommend this practice and the services of Dr. Hazel."
