"Dr Ghosn and Dr Woody are amazing! Their office has been so helpful in getting us in, the day of, in a pinch. My husband and I have both seen them for various medical needs throughout the years and they have been so helpful every time. Even if it is on a weekend they offered a telehealth visit so my husband cos he could get some relief from a terrible ear infection. I had a bout of awful plantar fasciitis, and Dr. Woody was so helpful and comprehensive. He was sure to rule out anything else that could be going on medically that could be dangerous. He was able to assist me with referrals and getting all the care that I needed with physical therapy as well. He wrote a letter for me so that I could use my health savings account for alternate therapeutic interventions that were not always , that I desperately needed. I am also in the healthcare field and I have seen, their patients in the home health setting and I have always been able to get in touch with the doctors if there was an urgent need and they have always called me back. They truly care about patients and bend over backwards to get people in the door that urgently need their help. They are so caring and they absolutely love what they do for their job and you can tell that they are doing what they love by the care they provide. I even have had to bring both my children to see these doctors when their pediatricians office was unable to get them in because of a full schedule and they have always gotten my children in very quickly and helped us with the issue of needing antibiotics. They are also really patient with Children And we’re so helpful. We’re so grateful that this office exists and it’s just five minutes from our home."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. They broke HIPPA privacy, ignored a Guardianship court order, and did NOT return phone calls. Then they mailed prescriptions to an unauthorized family member and have yet to say why or sorry. I wouldn't trust them with your loved one. An investigation into the broken laws is in progress."

"Every 1 star review on here is spot on. I have had the same experiences and then some, in just 2 weeks. From a simple physical. Never in my years have I ever had to pay a copay for a follow up over the phone. The PA herself told me the 5 minute follow up wouldn't be coded in a way that required a copay. 5 minutes later while talking to the billing (that still handles her job with pencil and paper) she asked how I wanted to pay my copay. I was also told a week ago they would email my results. Still sitting here without those results. Every time I call, I get a half ring then voicemail. Had the same results last week trying to reach them to resolve more issues. I've been going there over a year, maybe almost 2, and still have yet to see a real Dr. I'm always given a choice of the PA's. Beware of the new scam they've spent their time of scheming up. They're now offering to call you every so many months to make sure you're taking your medication properly. $20-30 from each person for a 5 minute absolutely pointless phone call in my opinion. What good does this do anyone. I wouldn't believe it if I weren't called Friday offering me this. Ridiculous. I'm sure they won't notify you beforehand that you'll be charged for this. The way they present it is that they're being nice. When I asked the question about this on the phone, they ignored my question, told me to have a great day and hung up. Someone better get this place in order before their next door competition opens. I'll definitely be making a switch. I'll never step foot back in their office. I don't like being lied to, scammed out of money, and ignored. Hope this minor copay was worth losing a patient, or as I felt, customer. Hope this helps someone before they choose to go to this greedy place. Also, please save me the auto reply to this review. You have my name and number. "Dr. Ghosn and his staff are the absolute best! The compassion and active listening really brings a peace of mind that you can’t find today in health care. I personally will never have another physician. I have struggled with different things life brings to us all, and they are always there! Every health issue has always been top priority never feeling second place. If you’re looking for compassion and genuine care this is the place to go. Forever grateful! Thank you Dr G and staff for taking such good care of me!"

"If I could give no stars I would! Horrible experience as a patient. I wasted months trying to obtain an official letter from Dr.Woody, this letter would state my symptoms/signs are linked to my diagnosis. According to Dr.Woody, he hadn’t been treating me for said symptoms (yet I had been to lengthy visits addressing my symptoms and getting referrals for scans and the treatment of my symptoms.) Never have I felt so disregarded in a medical setting. The lack of communication with the office/nurses/doctors to the patients is disappointing. I never received any phone calls, even after multiple times of being told I would receive one, regarding the updates of this letter. In my first appointment I left feeling unheard, and as if Dr. Woody didn’t believe the symptoms I was experiencing. He also seemed frustrated because I have Tricare, and it seemed troubled him to even put in referrals, like it was such a task. Even through all this I decided to stay and give this clinic the benefit of doubt. BAD CHOICE!!! If you are looking for a Doctor and team to genuinely care about you and your treatment, this doctor and team are NOT it."
