"Dr. Babalakin is not worthy of the "Doctor" title, given her bedside manner. When I started at Jydes, they assured me they would be here for me. That they would help me. Well they abandoned me. My therapist is great, two months ago on my first visit she messaged the office to tell Dr. Babalakin that I urgently required medication for a panic disorder. The next week comes and my therapist sends another message, and another, at that point my family begins calling the office trying to talk to the doctor daily. She's either not there, or busy. Two months go by and the "Doctor" tells me she wasn't getting back to me because, and I quote "But Jake, If I responded to all of my patients messages, I wouldn't be able to live my life!" Well here's the thing Dr. B, YOU put YOURSELF in a practice where YOU will have patients who come to you because THEY CAN NOT LIVE THEIR OWN LIVES! My greatest regret in this mental health journey is believing that Dr. Babalakin was going to help me, be reliable, and be able to communicate."
