"Doctor B is the best doctor I have ever been to in 40 yrs! She has fixed years of problems that other docs missed. She is also a great person. Absolutely no reason for some of these reviews. The one that stands out is the fat person complaint."

"The most unorganized and unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. They have no idea when appointments are. Even when they leave you a voicemail to confirm the appointment and you show up for that exact time. Then, they will try to tell you it’s for a different office even though the voicemail also confirmed the location. The most concerning part? They say that I’ve had one appointment with them, last month, even though I called last week to get my first appointment scheduled. If they are this unorganized with simple scheduling alone, it’s terrifying to think how they handle patient’s care. They woman on the phone had zero idea of what she was talking about a would just hit the hold button without any mention prior to doing so. My suggestion is they start off by hiring someone welcoming, friendly, and competent to answer phones and make appointments as soon as possible."

"I called them to set up an appointment for a medical examination for my immigration process. I do not like making phone calls because I have a strong accent and I know people have a hard time to understand me and I also have a hard time to understand people on the phone but usually we figure things out. Not this time tho, the person I talked to ended up hanging up on me after giving me attitude. There was some mutual misunderstanding. I get that you don't like working with immigrants because they have a funny accent and never understand anything and they should at least speak proper English since they moved to your counrty. I am a medical personnel myself our job requires empathy even if you are at the front desk you are part of the team and you have to treat people with compassion. The person who is on the phone should have some kind of customer relationship skills anyways. If you are frustrated with me not understanding something you can imagine I am just as frustrated as you are not being understood."

"Well, Dawson 400 Family medicine definitely lives up to its reviews. My favorite part is when you call and they just put you on hold without even answering the phone. Can't even leave a message. Or when you call back and the same thing happens again, and again, and again. Personally I am going to find a doctor and staff that takes more value in their patients and shows it through basic courtesy and customer service. They must have too many patients."

"DO NOT trust this “doctor”. The office is unprofessional and dirty, the doctor did not even wear gloves upon my exam. I was basically ignored and sent away for expensive, unnecessary tests and never even resolved my issue. The nurse is incredibly rude, didn't even speak to me as she wrenched my arm around for BP cuff. Complete lack of any form of compassion when I was there. What shameful examples of the words “nurse” and “doctor”. READ the other reviews. The same nurse treated my family member the same way, and the receptionist just sat there drinking water in front of them while they suffocated in front of her! This patient was dismissed, demeaned and sent home to die, and ended up in ER fighting for their life! BYRAPUNENI nearly cost a critical patient their life with her negligence. Negligence, negligence, negligence, read the other comments! This doctor could cost you your life. Tell everyone you love not to risk it here!"
