"Very welcoming owner and staff. Gave us a lot of personal attention, had crayons and coloring pages for the kids, and sent us out with free samples. Plus the products are all made in the shop and have good ingredients. Definitely worth a visit!"

"Terrible customer service. I went in with family to pick out some Christmas gifts- The owner was horrendously abrasive. Immediately started interrogating us about the soap we use, and told us that what we’re using (since it isn’t her product) is cancerous and killing us. Incredibly unprofessional. The tone seemed to be, “Buy my products or suffer the consequences”. Absolutely wouldn’t return!"

"Staff and owner are all sooooo nice! I've shopped here multiple times and each time I'm always satisfied with what I get and the help they give as well. Yesterday I went in for something mild for my newborns dry skin and the owner was very nice and explained and went into detail about the soap and lotion. We've washed our baby 2 times now and applied the lotion we noticed and immediate relief for her skin!"
