"I came up from Florida to get away from hurricaine and noticed the cat chewed on the cord to my cpap machine. I walked in with my machine and they were very helpful and were able to replace the power cord within 5 mins and only charged me $5.00 they were very helpful and kind."

"We love Mountaintop Primary. The office staff and nurses are wonderful- they’re always very helpful and so kind to my children. Dr. Akmal and Dr. Ahmad are my favorite pediatricians we’ve ever been to. The front office is clean and inviting, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Aside from all of these great things, what really sells me to this place is how much Dr. Akmal cares about the children he sees. We’ve had a couple of instances where he was very concerned about my child and both he and his wife have gone above and beyond to help us. I will always appreciate them."

"If I could rate it without giving any stars I would. We had a horrible experience. When we walked in I almost turned around and left. I decided to give it a chance. Nasty carpet all inside, and it smells like mildew. A woman walked in with a cigarette while my 1 year old and I were waiting. Staff came and sprayed Lysol (which should never be sprayed around a baby) all around my baby to try and cover the smell. They didn't try to open doors or apologize for the room full of smoke. Then it was as if they had no clue how to do a well check up for a child. After they tried to get me to make up a reason for our visit, to make it a sick visit for insurance billing, we left. How is this place open, and how does anyone go there? Nasty, unprofessional, and did I mention nasty?"

"One star cause they use to be great. Now my 8 month old daughter needs to be seen but they would let my wife bring her simply for the fact they have a problem with me. A problem they don't have enough courtesy to tell me what it is so thank yall for not helping my infant daughter"
