"They don't return calls. I was referred from emergency room 2 weeks ago for cellulitis spoke to them twice both times said they would schedule an appointment and call me. Still waiting.. about to go back to the e.r. hope they don't have to cut off my foot"

"started coming here for checkups and it's been great! short wait times, friendly staff, and i felt like i was in and out pretty quickly. these reviews are HILARIOUS though! i like the one complaining about the staff needing to "work on there [sic] english" lol. the clinic is in a majority hispanic part of town so i'm not sure why it's even relevant (for the record, i could understand and was understood perfectly well). but i didn't experience any of the problems others have mentioned here. ymmv, especially if you're one of those y'all-queda type folks."

"Front desk is incompetent. I was never informed my doctor was leaving. I was not given important health information for months at a time. My appointment dates and times were written down incorrectly TWICE and I was blamed for it, to quote the office manager, "Really? C'mon. What are the odds?" The only medical office I've ever been to where the front office was palpably agitated while I pulled up my insurance information. I was never once called as promised to make follow up appointments."

"Dr. Suarez is not a good pediatrician I give her a 1! They need to be more friendly because they are the worst! I will definitely be changing my son pediatrician I dont ever want to go back there. Also they all need to work on there English because they dont know how to speak properly. Very bad clinic!!"

"Sent me a text about Covid vaccines for ages 5-11 I will never step foot in any of these doctors offices that have the nerve to give this death shot to children. They still make u wear cloth masks which are proven to not work. This OFFICE gets $$ for every shot they push. They don’t care about your children at all. As parents u better do your research before giving your kids ANY vaccines. Any place that approves of vaccination status and forcing it is making $ off your children. Do better parents!!!"
