"This is the most unprofessional Dr we have ever seen in our life (Dora) Very rude, and hateful tone. She made a mistake by mixing my husbands chart with some else, told my husband she called and talked to me and I told her he has smoked for 40 years and the man has never smoked. I have never gotten a call from this doctor and certainly never said my husband smokes. She sent him home a nervous wreck. She never apologized for the mix up only said “well it’s already done and over with. Doctors take an oath for compassion and treating a patient to the best of their ability. If you are that miserable working as a health care professional I know a lot a fast food restaurants hiring. Would not waste another dollar in this facility"

My son was diagnosed with Flu type A and my other son was diagnosed at a different doctor yesterday and wasn’t prescribed anything, but the doctor here went out of her way and prescribed him something as well so both of my babies could get over this nasty flu! "I took my son to Pickens Urgent Care. The receptionist was great. I had a hard time getting a picture of my son's insurance card (my wife had the card and sent a photo to me) to the receptionist. She assisted me without pause. The nurse was very friendly and made my son feel at ease. The Nurse Practioner who saw my boy was very nice, very thorough, and not pushy. My entire experience was very pleasant."
