"I've been a patient here for years but when I needed an examination after my car accident I was turned away because, apparently, they don't work with any car insurance providers... Suddenly, your primary health care provider wants nothing to do with you... If, God forbid, you get in a car accident, these people will leave you out in the cold, looking for a new primary doctor."

"Dr Bernatowicz was judgemental and rude. When I told her u want comfortable with her treatment(3 antidepressant changes in 3 months, I felt like I was losing my mind) and i wanted to switch to a different dr in the office, she got rude and retaliated by having me barred from seeing any drs there. I LOVED dr Tomczyk but she retired and sadly the quality of care has gone way down. But to mention horrible bedside manner. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the heartache!"

"I had a wellness check done, told to come back in two weeks. I went back, was charged $70 dollars. I was there an hour, no doctor. When I saw the doctor, all he told me was to stay healthy. I asked the lady at the window, what I was being charged $70 for. She said, she won't know till tomorrow. Now, I am very upset that he had me drive, when gas is $3 a gallon. Charged me to tell me to stay healthy. That was my grocery money."
