"I have been seeing Dr Sarah Harris for years now and she has been a wonderful provider! From my very first wellness appt to my pregnancy later on, her and her nurses (Ms Amy and Ms Cindy) have taken care of me so well! I also liked seeing the friendly Ms Valerie at check out! Yesterday was my last day seeing them as a pt because I'll be moving out of state, so I'll be sad to have to find another team that can top them. Thank you so much!"

"Every visit I have had has been great! Clean office. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, ultra sound techs, and Chelsea Chamberlain everyone is inviting and very friendly. Thankful I found this obgyn office!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for two months requesting an appointment, I’ve been in person twice to get an updated status to get an appointment. The office staff did not submit for my medical records to be requested after I signed the form, they made me go to other offices and request my medical forms because they “weren’t receiving them” I verified with my current doctor that my medical records had been received by Galen to which I was advised yes. I was then told by Kimberly in scheduling that she and I quote “did not have to schedule an appointment” for me. Never once did Galen reach out to me in a two month span about what I needed or what to do to become a patient I had to call every time and was placed on hold for a minimum of 10-15 minutes every time. I was even placed on 25min hold to which someone picked up and said “just hang up” and then I was hung up on.. When I spoke to the office manager, Donna, she was making excuses to me for having to call every week for two months and that Kimberly did not owe me an apology for never reaching out or advising me on what to do or for saying she did not have to help me with getting an appointment. I was then told that even after two months of jumping through all their hoops that at the end of the day they will not see me because “they don’t want to.” To all the mothers who go here I pray for the safety of you and your children because if this is how their staff is just to make an appointment I would’ve dreaded for them to deliver my baby. I’m a high risk patient, 24 weeks pregnant and I was calling for two months just to be spoken to in this disrespectful manner by people I should be able to rely on for informative answers and to present a calming professional atmosphere. With the way I was spoken to by not only their scheduler Kimberly but their office manager Donna as well, it’s amazing I didn’t go into pre-term labor from all the stress and torment they have put on me. This place is an absolute joke."

"I transferred to Galen at 22 weeks pregnant, having seen 2 OBGYN's prior. I was nervous going into the appointment as my previous visits had me wanting to skip doctors and have my baby at home. I was scheduled to see Dr. Melnikoff after my ultrasound and I cannot praise this woman enough. She was knowledgeable beyond belief, answered all of mine and hubby's questions completely without rushing the appointment. She took her time explaining things as this is my first pregnancy, and she restored my faith in doctor's. I look forward to being under Dr. Melnikoff's care and highly recommend her to any soon-to-be momma's! Thank you Dr. Melnikoff and thank you Galen!"

"I’m split between 2 and three stars to be perfectly honest. Pros: The doctors are nice and informative. I always prefer more information to less and if they don’t have the answer they get back to you with it. Con: There is no such thing as an on time appointment here. I can arrive 15 minutes early and still not be seen by the doctor until over an hour past my appointment time as a returning patient. And this isn’t just one case of it but every single time I’ve been here except for my very first time. Not to mention, if you do need to reschedule an appointment the next available appointment won’t be for at least 3 months out. The doctors either need more help to support the volume of patience or a better scheduling methodology so that the doctors and patients can plan effectively."
