"I arrived for my appointment on time, 11:00. After I paid my copay, they led me to the waiting room to have my foot xray. I waited one hour., watched 10 or so people come in and leave. At 12:00 I was alone in the waiting room. At 12:10, I gave my papers to some lady walking by and said I’m leaving. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule…to that I said…I think not."

My visit was brief and I do not have any pre-existing conditions, but I was able to talk about everything I needed or wanted to and get established with the practice within less than a full hour from the time I walked through the door to when I left. That included labs being drawn. Results came back by the next morning and I was able to see them on MyChart. Overall just a good experience and we will switch my husband over here as well."
