"Staff at the front desk is absolutely disconnected, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. Very impersonal and cold. Wait is absolutely ridiculous. You’ll be waiting for a doctor to show up for a very long time. Currently, I’m looking to find a better facility with workers who are knowledgeable and understanding the importance of being kind in these types of facilities."

"Never. Again. I caution anyone who goes here to be careful and listen to your gut. The amount of red flags are so impossible to ignore that a raging bull could see them a mile away. Sadly, I was not a bull and I fell victim of the grotesque catastrophe that is this place. The providers in this facility bite off way more than they can chew, they have too many patients and not enough time for them. The dr was cold and clinical the first time we met and rushed us out of the office after delivering us unexpected bad news. The office admins don't listen when they answer. I told them I had a miscarriage and needed an ultrasound and they responded with "Oh congrats, how far along are you? When was your last period?" WOW talk about salt on a wound... Then today after switching doctors I found out I miscarried again and it might have been prevented with information poorly explained to me at this facility. Unfortunately, there is no proof of this, but given the piling evidence of gross negligence and incompetence, I find it easy to believe. With all that said, the dr's nurse was the truly amazing and I do not fault her. She was the most supportive and empathetic person I met there. I will also say that the sister location in Athens, TN is nothing like this place and I would have gone there instead had it been closer or I wiser. All in all, beware the mountain of red flags that is LWH of Cleveland."

"The midwives and others that work here are kind and helpful. However, be prepared to wait hours. I have never been seen at my appointment time. First apt was at 11. I got there at 10:15 to fill out paperwork and wasn’t seen til 12:00. Didn’t get out until 1:45. Second appointment was at 3:30 for a glucose test. I came at 3 and did the drink then because there a 1 hour wait. Was called back at 4:15 and didn’t leave til almost 5:30. The care is good when you get it. But don’t choose this location if you’re going to schedule appointments around a work schedule."

"**This is in no way a reflection of the Lactation Specialist. We were able to contact her and she was more than accommodating later in the day after hours. This is a reflection of the scheduling staff at their office** My wife and I just left frustrated and without help. We had called to schedule an appointment with a lactation consultant for my wife and our week old son. We were told our appointment was to be at 2pm. We arrived well before our appointment at approximately 1:35pm to make sure we could have the patient paperwork filled out in time. Please understand we had also planned his feeding around this 2pm consultation. After waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time and watching another couple walk back, our baby was fussy and now overdue a feeding. Confused, we walked up to ask how much longer. We were told that we wouldn't be seen for another 40 minutes because of "new patient paperwork" and that our appointment actually wasn't until 2:40. They had just told us 2 so that we would show up on time for the paperwork. Our baby needed fed and clearly there is no point in seeing a lactation specialist if the baby was literally fed 20 minutes prior to the appointment. Communication is and always should be important. Communication from this office failed in this instance. As a father, it upsets me to see my wife cry as I have watched her struggle with feedings and this just added to our frustrations."

"I had an excellent experience with Lifecircle Women’s Healthcare. The staff were all so polite and helpful. They were able to fit me in for an earlier appointment and went above and beyond with their care. I would like to particularly mention Priscilla who has always been so professional and caring. Dr. Ashcraft is an excellent doctor and really cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for over a year and he has helped me feel so much better. The receptionists at the Athens location where my appointment was yesterday were also very nice and professional."
