"Have utilized this walk-in clinic several times since it opened. Service has always been great. Polk county is blessed to have this clinic and its staff."

"Horrible experience! Went in feeling like I had sinus infection and got hooked up to an ekg because my heart rate and blood pressure was a little elevated( I have white coat syndrome). And was told I was about to have a stroke. Dr and nurse both made me feel more anxious then I was feeling and didn’t even treat my sinus infection. Dr treated me like I was stupid because I asked questions like could my elevated heart rate be due to my anxiety. As soon as I walked out blood pressure and heart rate went to normal. Very unprofessional and made me more anxious about going to the dr than I was before! Will NEVER go back and have told EVERYONE I know what a terrible experience I had! VERY VERY unprofessional!"

"They have been my pcp for about 3 or 4 years. I have always been treated well and they have taken good care of me. My only issue is that there is a high turnover in the staff and it’s hard to form a pcp/patient relationship. I like being able to see the same provider all the time."

"The NP was great, but office manager has no social skills! A lady went to sign in and the office manager told her she had an outstanding bill of $60. Now She did this in front of everybody! She then proceeded to tell her she needed her full payment for today's visit and 20% of the what she owed. When a lady sat down her face was beat red from embarrassment. My ordeal with the office manager was similar I had an outstanding bill of 39.55$ she said, I explained that I was on Medicare I didn't have a co-payment. She asked to see my card I let her everybody makes mistakes . She gets in the computer I was very patient and then she was starting to really get on my nerves. I explain that I did know I owed a co-payment to see the pulmonologist but I was coming back next week and I'd give him $30 then. By this time I was getting aggravated and impatient, I asked her for my follow-up visit. I'll return to see the pulmonologist that I doubt if I ever go back after that!"
