"Very sick with stomach issues. This clinic told me I had Covid and sent me to Hamilton Medical Center for a infusion treatment, which did not help. For four weeks I kept getting worse. I lost 21 pounds during that time. My wife decided I needed to go somewhere else so we went to a different walk in clinic. The PA did some tests and said I had a bacterial infection in my stomach, not covid. She prescribed antibiotics and within three days I was feeling much better. So I was sick for four weeks because HCC had no idea what was wrong with me. Go somewhere else."

"I’ve always been very satisfied with this office,but I just left there without being seen! The receptionist was very rude,and informed me there was already a 1 and 1/2 hour wait and she didn’t do it in a caring way it was more of a….your putting more work on me way and then she let me know that there was a new system and it was gonna take some time to put all my info in the computer and she said it once again like it was a burden to her! I was sick enough to seek medical help I stood in line for 15 minutes already I sure don’t feel like doing all that with someone who was so bothered by me being there"

"This is the worst convenient care ever. I tried coming in during their normal hours and the front office were rude and told us they had stopped patients “early” would have understood if they stopped and were nice about it but acted like me being sick physically hurt them??? Dalton convenient is the only hamitlon convenient care that is worth anything"

"Needed to get a TB test read that I got at another clinic (they were closed because of a sprinkler busting) the nurse read the test in the hall. I asked if I owed anything she said no. I asked if she was sure? Two other girls said I didn't owe anything. I said thank you. Then got a bill two weeks later. I would have been fine paying at the appoint. I'm mad I was told I didn't owe anything then got a bill."

"My 6 year old son was running a 102 fever and vomiting. The office tested for flu and covid and said that the results were negative and that he had an ear infection. I didn’t feel good about the results and went straight to the Murray ER after leaving the clinic. At the ER my son tested positive for both Flu A and Covid and I was told that his ears looked fine that he did not need the antibiotic that I was previously prescribed."
