"The rooms are nasty! Like you can literally see dirt on the baseboards and floors. Some of the rooms it appears that "fluids"that ran down the walls and was never cleaned up. My thoughts."

"My children have seen all three providers, and we have no plans to switch anytime soon. We've always been able to get an appointment when needed and never waited more than a hour. Lovely office staff as well."

"All of the office staff is extremely rude and do not make you feel welcomed whatsoever. If your child has issues, they will be ignored and you will be looked at like you are crazy for asking about it. I was told not to worry about my choking 6 month old son and not to bring him to the ER until he turns blue. I was given rude comments about how i have called the office multiple times over 6 months. Dr Ho is good, his nurses and office staff are terrible. I do not recommend this place for any needs, especially as a first time mom who has concerns and likes to ask questions!"

"Dr.Ho is wonderful. My daughter has seen him since she was born and she is seven now. My daughter was very sick and he kept in contact all throughout the night. Very pleased with him. I haven't had any issues with the front desk or nurses."

"The front desk staff is so helpful and friendly. They are always there with a smile when I walk in. The nurses are great and take the time to talk to you about what's going on with your children. Dr Ho is kind, considerate and easy to talk to. He makes sure you know the latest info about medical procedures to vaccines he takes time to explain everything to you. The waiting room is warm and inviting with toys books and magazines for the kids to read and play with. The patients rooms are cheerfully colored and decorated in different themes. We have been going to Dr Ho's office for 14 years and to us this office is the best!"
