"I have been going to different doctors begging for help and all they do is take my money and call me fat, I thought this place would be different but it’s not. Went in for one thing and they promised they would help but then wouldn’t see me for another three months and it was just for bloodwork. That’s $210 already down the drain plus whatever the price of the bloodwork was. I come in for more bloodwork hoping they were going to do something else but no, see ya in another three months. So that’s $420 down the drain now. Got a new doctor and she also promises to help me yet she wants to see me in 6 months for, can you guess? MORE BLOODWORK!! Blood work isn’t changing or indicating what is actually wrong with me. So if I had waited another 6 months that would have been $840 down the drain. I personally can’t keep affording to be seen and having nothing done to help me. When I called to cancel they said if I want to come back in the future it would be $200 to reenroll. This place doesn’t care about its patients just their money. How can yall say you are doctors yet you can’t be bothered to actually help someone."

"Just started going to DeKalb Med on Rossville Ave this year after a job and insurance change. Was concerned about using someone new after years with my previous provider. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. The way they schedule appointments, I've never had to wait period. I show up, they take me straight away to the back, talk with the doc, most of the time get my meds on site and I'm gone. Then there is the personal follow up call or text you get. You actually feel like a person rather than just one of the herd."

"Definitely five stars! My family has been so pleased with our switch to Dekalb MD. Appointments are quick and easy... and sometimes even avoided because we are able to text with our NP. Refilling medications is a breeze as well. It's like having a really good friend who's a NP and you can call anytime. We loved Vernie and hated to see her go but we have been equally pleased with Sarah. The front desk girl (April?) is also SO helpful and makes the whole experience so easy."

Sarah, the NP, was the absolute best to talk to, she actually cared about what I had to say.
