"SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I’m a *former* patient now and here’s why. After being told that they had a sliding scale and would adjust my copay because I am on Disability, I arrived each week to be told that my copay was only $15. So I kept going each week on the belief that it was costing me $15 per visit. Then after about two months I received a bill for $210 - they were *telling* me I only had to pay $15 per visit, and then billing me for the rest the entire time. I’m certain they’re going to send this to collections and affect my credit score, because I’m not paying it. That is a bait and switch and is utterly fraudulent. Be warned, folks, that this is something they do. As for their actual services, I don’t feel like there was any actual therapy happening. My therapist was like a 28-year-old kid and I felt like I went there every week just to spend 45 minutes trying to think of things to say. I told them I needed a whole new psych eval because at 40, I was working with diagnoses I’d had since I was ten, and they sent me for an “MMPI,” no evaluation whatsoever, did not diagnose anything. And trying to get with someone who would prescribe and manage my meds through them was so complicated I never could figure it out. Yes, everyone you talk to is really nice but that in no way makes up for these issues."
