My wife and I have been listened to and have been taking care of more here then we have ever been anywhere else. Dr Vernie is very patient and the most professional doctor we have ever met. She is very good at what she does and when she was on vacation we had access to a doctor if we needed one. My wife has horrible anxiety and Dr Vernie never pushed her to the side. She doesn’t make neither one of us feel like a problem or a inconvenience. She treats us as if we was family We really appreciate DeKalb MD. They have changed our lives tremendously."

"The staff was very nice and Dr Patrick was very good and had excellent bedside manner. He saved my life by noticing a knot on my neck. It turned out to be thyroid cancer. I had no insurance and they were excellent with me. If I hadn't had to get insurance and select a PCP, I would still be there. I recommend them to anyone without insurance, especially Dr. Patrick."

I have some complicated health issues but she knew how to handle them. Was also able to get my son in to see her on very short notice. "I love Dekalb MD! I have always been the one to put off going to the doctor, because I was raised it will be fine, just rub some dirt in it. However, the ease of Dekalb MD has made getting health advice easy and painless! They are always a text a way and really do get you in and out if ever you do need to see them. In my busy life, that is HUGE! I love all the doctors I have seen and they do really care about their patients. I have great insurance, but the convivence and ease this place offers doesn't compare to other healthcare places! I highly recommend it for all your general healthcare needs."
