"I have been going to Dr. Dixon for over 5 to 6 years and the last few months has been the worst experience ever. I have been left without my blood pressure medicine have been refuse to call Lillian multiple time pharmacy contacts as her office multiple times no response back. I’m a rule response disrespectful comments. Customer service has been came very unprofessional and I think just because we are black and in a non-dominant area. They think they can treat people any type of way in handle their customers any type of way and they wonder why we don’t go to the hood to doctors anymore we go out to the nice neighborhoods to the doctors because the black doctors in the hood are so impatient of how they handle their customers. My appointments were canceled twice last week because of my doctor still refuse to call me any blood pressure medicine and I’m still waiting on my blood pressure medicine today."
"*UPDATE: My father passed away on 2/17/2021* I find it very disturbing when I've contacted the office requesting that (Dr. Dixon) please give me a call at her convenience and she NEVER DOES, Therefore, I call again only to be told about HIPPA. I understand HIPPA and I also understand customer service and mal-practice. —Meaning if you won’t talk to me, you have no idea what is happening and why I’m requesting a callback. Since I can’t talk to you I’ll just post it : My father is one of your patients and he’s 83 - I just lost my mother in April of 2020 and she was also your patient. The situation is this- my siblings and I are getting conflicting information maybe lies regarding the health and well being of our father and I just need to know did you mis-diagnose him? ( he has severe swelling) - I was told that you (Dr. Dixon) said my father had Gout and within 24 hours you then said he had Edema, this was after your office was called to schedule an appointment about our concern. Lastly, we were told that you did not want him to wear his dentures and if so, why not? Or is this a lie also? These are questions that I would like answered because either my sister is lying on you or there’s a problem regarding your professional capacity. Nevertheless, I would appreciate a courtesy call regarding these concerns."
"I'm glad I choose this location for my parents. It was worth the wait. The office was nice & clean. The front office staff, lab tech and medical staff were super great. They all are so nice, patient and helpful! Office staff came to the car got the paperwork and greeted us with a smile. Dr. Dixon was great and very knowledgeable on everything. Great listener! She had answers to the questions my Pops asked. LOL. Easy to talk too. We felt comfortable with Dr. Dixon. You can tell she loves her job and care for the elderly and people in general. Best family doctor for my parents. Thank you all."
"Was highly disappointed with my experience here. Over a week ago I called and scheduled a full physical. Everything seemed fine until I arrived in person and spent an hour waiting for the doctor in the lobby / patient room. Eventually, someone from the front came in and told me that the doctor would not be able to give me a physical today and wanted to get to know me and see what my issues were. I again explained that I wasn't sick or injured, but just needed to complete my yearly physical. She explained the do not do physicals on the first visit and that it need to be scheduled in advance, but I explained that is what I had called and booked the prior week. She then brushed it off and said they had new people in the front. I found this office was full of disorganization and miscommunication as well as the complete disregard for my time."
