"I went to the lab here, 2nd visit. I went here lat year too. It is WAY nicer than going to free standing Quest or Lab Corp, especially Lab Corp. They are pleasant, prompt and very gentle. If anywhere in this area, go here instead of Lake City or JAX."

"The hospital desk receptionist that work in the lab blood work orders department, refused to let me submitt my doctor's lab order so that I could have my blood drawn because she asked me if I had eaten anything and I said yes and she replied you can't have the work order done because you can't eat anything for the A1C test, that's my choice not hers and she's not required authorized or qualified to make that decision, so I ended up driving to Starke to have my blood drawn, and several other patients said that they encountered and experience the same type of problem with that woman, she's very unprofessional."
