"I went to the physician office on sight. I didn't get to see a doctor, fine whatever. It was a RN. I had a piece of carrot stuck in my throat, she didn't look in my throat once or checked it from the outside, told me it's probably not even in there (aka I'm making this up) she legit didn't do anything. I paid $100 up front but then got a bill for $87 remaining and that's after a discount apperently. The total visit would have been over $300 for absolutley nothing and to be told to wait it out but if there are issues to come to the ER. Do NOT use this practice, you'll be way better off at the Urgent Care who actually pays attention to you and takes you serious. I thought this would be a more reasonable cost than the urgent care bc usually doctors offices are but not in this case! Never again!!!"

"Thanks to the wonderful staff here for taking great care of me after my surgery on 12-11-23.. I have visited the ER department several times. I will continue to go to MMC as long as I'm able to. I don't mind making the trip for good care. Keep up the great work MMC."

"My Mother in law was misdiagnosed as being in severe Herat failure! She was transported to Athens Piedmont, Thank God they knew what they were doing but they were baffled at the diagnosis from Morgan Memorial. Her heart was completely fine with the exception of palpitations. I just don’t understand how you can be this far off on a diagnosis. The nurse and the doctor in Athens were looking at each other and saying Omg, wow, how could they come up with this. Pretty scary and sad."
