"They have good doctors overall. The office workers are friendly BUT their policies are the worst for self pay people. My bills with them were paid to date but I had an emergency surgery and that hospital bill showed up with “their” office even though it’s unrelated to them and they expected payment. Since I’m self pay they wanted $90 for the visit for that day (I couldn’t afford because out of work due to surgery and they weren’t willing to work with me regardless of my previously good financial history with them) I was scheduled for a POST OP follow up which would allow me to go back to work and they wouldn’t see me without a payment. Truly heartbreaking situation. Looking for another doctor who puts my health and livelihood first and understands when unplanned emergencies / life happens. I pray everybody in that office has to experience this same treatment. Maybe they’ll be more compassionate to ppl who really need help."

"Had an appoint that for imaging, was told could decided to do without dye with preregistration, decided to not have dye. Was told at office they have to get a new work order and reschedule. Screw this place and Phoebe as a whole. There is a reason the good doctors leave as soon as schooling is paid for."

"I have been there a few times. The staff is friendly; I love Starbucks inside. It is the greatest. I especially liked those working with the doctor who checks for breast cancer. They are kind and reassuring."

"I had a good experience and my wait time was short and I received my check up in a timely manner. The staff as always are very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good physician especially if you are new to the city or looking to make a change."

"So much easier to go to The Veranda for your doctor's visits then it is downtown. Especially early morning, great parking easy in and ou. friendly staff and the elevators have always worked when I've been there! Wahoo."
