"The staff of the reference lab is fabulous! I have been twice in the last week and both girls were efficient in drawing my blood! Today Zamyah took extra care in getting blood from my dehydrated vein, instead of hurting me! However the facility needs some major attention. During certain times it’s so busy from getting patients throughout the hospital that it gets packed and uncomfortable in the waiting area. It also needs a new look! It’s dingy and old-not making a good first impression for someone coming to the elevator."

"I have to receive IV treatments in the Infusion Services Department every 3 weeks for a Primary Immunodeficiency. These folks are top notch professionals, always going the extra mile to make the appointments a pleasant experience. All of the staff are very efficient but don't make you feel as if you are being herded through. They take an interest in my health as well as my daily activities/life events. I actually look forward to the next treatment."
