"I drive 130 miles one way to see Dr. Tran. I was originally under her care when she practiced in Birmingham. She is thorough in my exam and spends as much time as needed with me. Office personnel are great. I will continue to make the long drive as long as I'm physically able."

"I have mixed feelings about Dr. Tran. She’s great, thorough, and did listen to my symptoms. But I also feel she’s not entirely compassionate. I’ve been tossed around from specialist to specialist regarding tests and bloodwork. And she found some abnormalities. But I feel like she is one of those doctors that see me just as a patient and not as a person who is actually dealing with these problems. Doesn’t take me seriously and just checks me off and moves on to the next. But again, I have seen many doctors the last year and most of them are like this. I just wish they saw patients as humans who need care, and not another patient complaining and is a dollar sign sitting on a paper sheet in your office."

"Dr. Tran is amazing. She is very attentive and spent extra time with me to make sure I felt comfortable, and she had answered all my questions. She knew I was anxious and spent the extra time to make me feel like I was not just a number. It meant a lot that she was not in and out in a few minutes on my first appointment. In fact she spent over 40 minutes with me and I returned in two weeks for a follow up and I spent at least another 40 minutes with her and spoke in length with her about my conditions and test results. That says a lot about a doctor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tran. I highly recommend her."
