"I had a terrible experience with this establishment without even making it to the appointment. The appointment for my toddler was scheduled 4 months in advance and they called to cancel it 3 days before. To top of off the next available appointment is 3 months after the initial scheduled appointment. Long story short, my toddler has been extremely agitated without her allergy meds (due to having to be antihistamine free for 1 week for accurate allergy testing), basically put on hold from daycare for a week due to being “too sick”, and has to have surgery due to her long lasting allergies. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Customer care is terrible. I asked what are the locations and the woman on the phone told me to search google for it, I had to repeat myself multiple times, couldn’t tell me why my appointment was cancelled, nothing… and honestly she didn’t care to assist"

"Stay far away from this place please. It's easy to select this group of pediatricians to care for your newborn and older because they are very close to the hospital but it's a terrible idea. I have been going there for 3+years and on many occasions I leave upset because the wait time is very long. One time they forgot me in the waiting area for a good hour. The Dr's are not bad but not great either. Very detached I'd say, feel like a number. The staff on the other hand, NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. There is a slim Latina older lady who is very very pleasant. This place does not respect your time and one time I was 20 mins late they expected me call to let them know I'm running late. Respect my time and I will respect yours. I had the last straw when someone called me to pick up documentation and I could not pick up the same day so I did the following business day. Noone knew what I was talking about saying no one called because their system was down. Really? Even if the proof was in my call logs? Ok fine. It gets worse, they finally figured out who called me. She NEVER drafted the document so I had to wait almost 2 hours for that to be done. Can it get any worse? Yes! Document is finally ready. I read the first few words and it stated that my daughter was diagnosed with a certain disorder (she was going to be ASSESSED not diagnosed). I told the incompetent front desk lady that it is wrong but she's referring me to the next line. The first line is incorrect why should I care what the next line says? How can she be diagnosed for something and u have ZERO proof of that. She had never been diagnosed yet you want me to accept this like I dont comprehend written English Language? I never got an apology for my inconvenience. No respect for my time. NONE! I beg of you, please take your loved one to real Doctors who care, real Doctors who pour into their staff to ensure that patients and parents are respected and well cared for. Edit: Oh by the way. After my son’s first visit with his NEW pediatrician after leaving this place they noticed he had an issue with his testicle. He had a successful surgery, NO thanks to southern crescent who didn’t pay close enough attention. I’m glad I’m gone."

"I called to establish care for my daughter. I have not received any reminders as most places do. I have been calling for the past few days and every time I call no one answers. Terrible customer service. This is a direct reflection of how I feel my daughter would be treated. So disappointed."

"They don’t answer the phone, no matter what time of the day it is. They don’t call you about upcoming appointments. No sign in upon entering the center. Waited 2 hours for a physical in a lobby full of sick people!"

"Service suck don’t answer calls goes to answering service who can’t help pointless. The receptionist didn’t turn the phones on until after 9 although the place open at 8:30 the reason she gave me was it was a lot of calls. So if your child gets sick let’s hope there isn’t a high call volume cause either they don’t care or they can’t handle the job. I will never use this place again. They obviously don’t care about the reviews cause nothing is improving as I sit and read the comments from previous patients. Still the same worse service ever, customer service is horrible. I had to drive to the office because they weren’t answering now we’re walk-ins and waiting for everybody else to be seen. If they would’ve answered the dam phone we could’ve had an appointment as well"
