Lilburn Pediatrics

"For the last five years my 2 children have been patients of Lilburn pediatrics as of recently having a new baby and trying to utilize the same pediatrician for all 3 my children has become difficult as I can never get an appointment scheduled and then when i finally do get an appointment I’m in the office a total of almost 3-4 hours between waiting in the waiting room to be called back or waiting in the actual room to be seen by the dr. Most days walk-in appointments are blocked out, the receptionist barely answers the phone and when they do you your immediately put on hold with no greeting. Yes the Doctors are kind and the staff are pleasant but neither one of those qualities will help cure sick children."

"Worst place to bring your kids, doctor r nice but the stuff r under train and don't know what they're doing, they don'tinformyou about things that you need to know. Even you have appointment still you have to wait an hour and if you have emergency and walk in than take off from work because u never know when you gonna get out."

"I have been taking my kids to this clinic for two years now. I can honestly say the staff here has been great. Dr Arora is just as great as the staff. The wait times, I believe, can be Ridiculous; but things happen. Book your appointments for first thing in the morning. You may have to wait outside for 15 minutes until the staff gets there as I did— with an appointment—but at least the wait won’t be that long. My number one complaint though is that the facility needs a lot of work. The furniture is old and falling apart, the carpet is filthy. A new coat of paint is definitely needed. I’m uncomfortable in my skin whenever I go here because it’s just not clean and welcoming. But, like I said the staff and doctor is great. Please update the clinic!"

"I had my son at 36 weeks , & was able to leave the hospital within 2 days .. just needed to be seen the following day . I made an appointment and was told to come before lunch so they could get my NEWBORN in and out due to all the sickness. I arrived 10 minutes before they asked me to - checked in and waited in my car . I decided to come sit in the waiting room to wait once it was the time , we sat in the healthy children side but unfortunately nobody reads those signs. After an hour , I asked a time frame since I did just give birth 2 days ago and I wasn’t feeling the best . Lady upfront acted like she’s never been asked that before and couldn’t give me a time … I waited another hour and at that point I went to the front asking for my sons paperwork back so I could take him elsewhere , She was rude - Gave me the run around and didn’t want to give MY child’s information back . Finally was able to get all of his information back & found a new pediatrician! Pediatric partners of Gwinnett (five forks ) is highly recommended and only 10-15 min from this office ! (:"

"Love this clinic! Found them on Google earlier this year and was iffy based on reviews. My very first visit- the two receptionists young ladies were very welcoming as were the two mid-aged nurses who checked on me during my wait in the room ensuring I wasn’t in need of anything. Got attended very shortly afterwards by Dr.Arora whom has left me very impressed my 3 visits thus far. One time I did have to wait for nearly an hour which is understandable since they’re not an urgent care but all worth it at the end because the doctor knows exactly what she is talking about when it comes to my children’s health. 100% recommend!"
