"My mother, daughter, and myself use to work at Bullock County Hospital. During the time of my employment and my mother's time working here our coworkers never bullied us into getting Fired or drug people's names through the mud, just to get ahead. It would be wrong of me to do the same to my coworkers now, especially when I'm over one of lead technicians parents at my job today. If anyone who doesn't want to deal with the stress, humiliation, bullying, and discrimination at Bullock county hospital then find a better facility with better co-workers that will respect you and the situations that you are going through because Bullock County Hospital didn't respect my daughter's."
"My Daughter was recently Court Orders to the Gateway Unit, for treatment . I pray she never has to go back. She was there or 14 days . Of those 14 days I spoke with 1 nurse who was compassionate. During phone time , each patient is allowed 10 minutes, they would only let my speak with her for 3 mins, and say her time was up. Even several days I never spoke with her at all. I was ..Livid .When you call to speak with a patient, the male nurse or tech or whatever his position is (PAUL) was always rude and dismissive. The patients are already dealing with mental health issues, and their families are concerned, but instead of compassion, you get pure disgust. I pray No One else goes through this."
"Went there for my spineal arthritis. It was getting worse. Not only they didn't help, but they didn't even look to confirm my condition. On top of that, I ended up with pneumonia a day later probably from being there. I haven't been sick in years. Last time I had anything was in 2009. I felt like they assumed I wanted narcotics. I'll be driving to Troy for care from now on."
"I was denied my zubsolv, which I have been on for 10 years, therefore I went through withdrawals and could not sleep, as I was walking down the hall, a woman behind the desk , yelled at me and said get back in your room, they were all uneducated on zubsolv , therefore I left ASAP. This place needs a good cleaning, I would not let my dog stay here. I was very depressed, so my therapist said I should go to a mental hospital and that they would supply me with all my medicine, that I don’t need to bring anything, she was wrong."
"My husband was admitted their for two weeks, sadly because he had a mental melt down, but the nurses that we dealt with where very sweet, understanding, caring, and informative. When we picked him up the nurses actually cried when he left, and to me that showed that they love their job and want the patients to do better. when we come to pick him up they made us feel comfortable waiting for him to discharge, also explained to us his condition and what needs to happen to help his condition."
