"The absolute WORST hospital I’ve ever experienced!!! I spent 6+ hours here! The waiting room was over capacity while the staff stood around talking and laughing. The on-call physician documented that she conducted a physical exam but didn’t. I’m pretty sure that is illegal. She ordered BW labs, no test (CT, etc) and billed my insurance company for $7000+. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Chose because they were showing short ER waiting time. Glad I did. Intake was quick and comfortable. Nursing staff helpful, with great attitude. Dr Fuller was obviously busy, but able to focus on and address my problem as well as offering sound follow-up advise. Much appreciated. Discharge was simple for a new patient. All ERs take "too long" but I was impressed by how efficiently this visit was handled."

"From December 4-18, 2023, I was hospitalized at Piedmont's Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy department following a right hip replacement after a ground level fall. The quality and consistency of care which I received was exceptional. The entire staff, at all levels, works together, seven days a week. The therapy I received got me walking again and able to go home for Christmas. My out patient rehab started at the main Piedmont campus on December 27 and progress continues. Thanks to everyone."

"I stopped by this ER today, because Piedmont on Collier Rd left the IV needle in my arm after an outpatient procedure. The 2 young ladies on at the desk were so very welcoming and helpful. They got me taken care of right and on my way."

"Wonderful staff at 78 location, with the exception of Rochelle. She entered the room as my husband was helping me to the restroom. When my husband explained I needed to use the restroom, she rolled her eyes and shook her head. I explained that the eye rolling and head shaking was not necessary. When she returned to the room to get insurance card and my drivers license, I had them ready for her. I did notice her name tag was now turned around. I asked her to turn it around so I could document my experience. The doctor and nurses at this facility were fantastic. That’s why I chose the 5 star option. I didn’t want Rochelle’s behavior to take away from the fantastic staff."
