"I have never seen so much abilityism, discrimination and lack of ethics together. The nurse who was in "nurse 1" and the nurse practitioner on duty (8:33pm) treated us very poorly. From not looking at our faces, not doing a full physical evaluation, not reading medical history, making up that we were offered treatments, and not making reasonable accommodations for a child with multiple disabilities. Incredibly, despite the fact that thousands are billed for these visits, we had our son carried because they did not provide him with a bed, without privacy (since everyone was listening to what was being discussed), and the area was dirty(bio hazard for physical evaluations on the floor). They were told that we were going to another hospital and they made up half of everything they wrote in the history so as not to look like how unprofessional they are. It's a shame. It is understood that it is the end of the year, but they chose a profession that is essential and in the same way, they made an oath... employees like these are the ones who damage the image of the hospital."

"Dr.Bauer was absolutely amazing ! He fixed my son’s lip tie and was super calm and patient with me. He fully explained everything and even showed me a PowerPoint presentation so that I could visually see what he was talking about. I am so very happy with his professionalism and I was able to breastfeed right after he fixed my son’s lip tie. I also very much enjoyed Dr. Sophia (I don’t remember her last name) but she was AMAZING and helped me with the latching process and everything breastfeeding entails right after the lip tie surgery. She was more than willing to fully explain anything I needed and her care was unmatched. She was perfect."
