"This clinic is a high volume clinic. Appointments are not mandatory but encouraged Walk ins are welcome. If you patient it’s worth it. I see ppl complaining about reviews. And let me explain. This is not a free clinic . Medicine is a business. Everyone complains but no one asks questions. Why is the doctor asking for that pregnancy test? CAUSE OF THE MEDICATIONS. Ask before judging and know your insurance benefits! I had no issues whatsoever . They were pleasant and answered every single question. I also notice people leave disparaging remarks calling people “lazy rude” but I’ve seen no critical thinking. Take your feelings out and think without being insulting. Wow I been a patient there a long time and this is ridiculous"
"Don’t do to this clinic. I didn’t have such a great experience today. Some of the nurses there and the receptionist are lazy and don’t take their jobs seriously. The receptionist is a hypocrite too. A while ago someone called an ambulance on a man who was having problem breathing who was outside the clinic. The receptionist then proceeded to talk to her college and say that it was funny how someone called an ambulance on someone when they could have taken him to the clinic. If so, why didn’t you move and help him then? It’s because she’s not getting paid to do so, so she doesn’t care. . Some of these nurses there don’t take their job seriously. No wonder y’all have terrible reviews."

"I had a family member go there and he was charged $900 for some lab work. They took advantage of him and they also didn't tell him what was the issue. I am reporting the doctor to the medical board for malpractice for not informing the patient of his illness when clearly the lab work showed what type of illness he had. No treatment was given and no information of any sort was addressed to help him get better."
"A family member of mine went in and was diagnosed for her condition. However the nurse told her (had not even discussed the option) how much an injection would be for her to receive an antibiotic shot, to which she declined. She wanted to receive a written prescription for the medication to fill at a pharmacy, but they FORCED her to take a pregnancy test in order to get the written prescription. They did not tell her to take the test before supposedly having to do the shot which is $200. But once declining the shot, told her she had to pay an extra $60 to take the pregnancy test itself and that she wouldn’t get the written prescription unless she did so. They didn’t even try explaining the reasonings behind it all. They just saw that they were going to lose money from her declining and wanted to charge her for something separately. And then attempted to charge her HIGHER at checkout. Bad communication amongst the staff because the nurses at the front desk had to ask her if she gotten a certain procedure (which she didn’t) which they thought she did and would’ve been an extra $100. Horrible practice, staff, and doctor."
