Our healthcare team practices family medicine with a special focus on sports medicine, orthopedics, diabetes, and adolescent medicine. We do not provide obstetrics and pediatrics care for children under age 6.

To schedule an appointment with a provider or lab, please call our appointment line at (770) 579-7980. Our phones are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an answering service for emergencies outside of these hours. We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice for appointments.

Our physicians have privileges at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, and if you are admitted as an inpatient there, you will be seen by a hospitalist physician who will work closely with your primary care physician. Referrals can be requested by calling our referral line, and will be completed within 3-5 business days.
