"Sick no long-term care for mental health and Eating Disorder. I'm done with both Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United Healthcare at this both are really bad. Therapy should be free or low cost at minimum but not ok since a therapist that should accept United Healthcare still charged me over $150 for a 55 minute session as a new patient. I feel like ODing quite badly but quite done with all psychiatrists at this point. My therapist doesn't even specialize in PTSD or trauma. I can't find a new female therapist that offers in person sessions too and accepts UHC. Parents are no help"
