"I am very disappointed in this facility. My mom spent one night before transferring to a rehab center on October 24th. They ordered her medicine, including pain medication that she did not receive and we knew nothing about. After more than 10+ phone calls, no one can tell me what happened to the drugs. My mom's PCP is unable to order pain medication for her arthritis due to this mess. I'm in the process of reporting this to Medicare for further investigation."

"DO NOT! DO NOT send your loved one here!! I kept a log that was 20 pages long of how much my mother was neglected, injured and ignored at this place....and i was there all the time before covid and at her window when i couldn't go inside. Also, the staff constantly changed. 90% of the time she didnt know who her nurse or her CNA was. Once she was very sick and no one was taking care of her. When I asked them to call 911 for my mother, they refused! I had to call 911 myself. The fire and ambulance said they were there all the time for patients and it was not a good place. That's not good! It unfortunately took me too long to get her out of there due to COVID. I wouldn't let these people take care of my dog. If I could give zero stars I would!"
