Reviews of Douglas Outpatient Services
"Been going here for 3 years . Not one person here cares about your actual well being . The folks that work here are here to collect a paycheck and could care less about helping make a difference in peoples lives."
"But I've been going to Douglas salvation services for many years I've had many issues many issues and I wish my insurance would pay for something better but this is my last St. Draw. Before when I couldn't get my medication and I was going through withdrawal sanley person that suffered with me but now that I have a little girl in school my little girl is confused that her mom is an acting normal because they won't give me one month's prescription till I can get to the appointment they gave me. I've I've been going through withdrawals and my little girl is seeing the brunt of it I can't just hide away untide away until I get to my appointment , as I usually have I actually have to get-up-and-get my kids to school and function"
"Awful experience I've been an outpatient 4 some time. There are sweet apples. It's the rotten that spoil the bunch. I've wanted to discontinue my tre'ment & left suicidal @ x. Y'day, I went in feeling good about met goals regardless of my difficult fam issue. Yelling therapist : Ur manic, not well, impulsive & unorganized. Me crying: I did the best I could. Yelling Therapist: U could have done better. U did'nt ask 4 my help. Me crying: I did, ✔️ ur notes. Service is'nt consistent & of poor quality."
"I’ve been coming to this place since October. Every person I’ve met from the front staff on down to the back hallways are awesome. I would refer them to anyone that I feel need their services. The 1st time anyone walk in the doors they wouldn’t be disappointed. It feels like home. The people there really care about you. I LOVE Y’all. Keep up the awesome work."
"Horrible!!! Everytime I take my son here the office staff is rude and insensitive. My son had an appointment this morning and BOTH office ladies (front desk and billing) were disgustingly rude. The billing ladie pulled me and my son out of his appointment while my son was talking with the doctor, because I didn’t have a copy of his social security card or proof of income. So when I get to the billing office the woman is talking to me like I’m a child and talking down on me WITH an attitude. I was told that if the doctor wouldn’t have already called us back then my son wouldn’t have had the appointment all because I didn’t have those documents. The funny part is, that without those documents I had to pay $20. Which is fine. I didn’t care that I had to pay. What I do care about is the way I was spoke to and treated. My son was referred to this facility because of his behavior. He needs to have to appointments. So for someone to be that insensitive and that mean is just ridiculous. I can’t believe that they both still have a job. They need some people skills and they need to understand that the people that go there need the help and they aren’t a burden. Because that’s exactly how I felt today. As long as the two of them are working there I will not take my son back. He was so upset when we got to the car because that lady in billing was that rude! I love the doctors and the nurse staff here, they are great but they need to replace the two in the office!!!"
