"If I could give zero I would there’s only one good dr there and that’s gilson the benzo thing is ridiculous u guys are so scared when ppl are just gonna buy them off the streets and stuff it’s ridiculous I’m not even a patient and have heard how Awefull u guys are what’s wrong with klopin it’s a benzo ya but also helps ur busbar is a complete joke I really hope they get real doctors in there then maybe ill go back and if u think ppl are abusing them make them bring in those bottle every month idk just my opinion"

"Place is horrible. They have no idea what they’re doing. Some doctor named April will just prescribe you a million different pills to take even after you tell her what has worked for you in the past. They will also cut your medication off cold turkey. They probably got their degrees at a backward school out in Kentucky. Don’t waste your time."

"Outdated systems chronically breaking down making it jmpossible to schedule appts and very difficult to be seen when you're already here for an appt. Revolving door of staff, I'm sure it's a demanding and non competitive place to work. Therapists are doing the best they can but they aren't given many resources. You leave feeling you haven't received the most attentive care or time but grateful you have access to anything. In short, I'm glad it's here because it's the only place to go. Wish it was better."

"It is a valuable service; however the staff jumps to a diagnosis and prescriptions without proper time and evaluation. I sincerely appreciate the personnel as it is a time of crisis for the mental health profession. Mental Health is a case by case basis and deserves either proper time or decline additional patients. Lastly, the billing is a struggle. I received a statement, different total, and no records of payment. Returned for next appointment to find additional unknown charges and those that accept the payments could not advise even the history of charges. Left 3 voicemails and no return calls 14 days later as of the date of this review."
